Selection of Pouch Packing machine

Pouch Packing machine plays a crucial role in your production line-up. A good packing machine should have following qualities:

• There should be minimum wastage of potatoes which can give you maximum final production of wafers.
• A wrong selection of peeler & slicer will reduce your production approximately by 5% which is a direct & big loss.
• Further when we are buying a frying machine, we should consider following points
• This frying machine can be a batch fryer or a continuous fryer. Also selection of fuel to fire the fryer is also important according to availability in your area.
• The most important thing in continuous fryer is not only the length of the fryer but also, inlet-outlet of edible oil flow, position of petals & conveyor. This plays a very very important role in final quality of your wafers.

3) Packaging Material / Laminates

Due to new Government rules, the selection of Packing Material is very critical nowadays.

• If we are going for 3 Layer material, it should be minimum 12-12-30 micron.
• If it is 2 Layer material, it should be minimum 12-40 micron.
• While designing a pouch, the Eye-Mark position is very critical.

4) Selection of Raw Material
